Thanks for your patch, I have tested it (but just not removing the line
"cairo_rectangle (cr, 0, 0, draw_area_time_alloc.width, top_y_border);" was it
intended to remove it ?) 
=> and the VoIP graph is not crashing anymore (I can now see VoIP Graph and
listen call flows, I do not see the call flow anymore but it has been the case
for a while and is another problem)

=> Menu Telephony / VoIP Calls / Select one call / click Flow => OK !!
=> Menu Statistics / Flow Graph / OK => OK !!

So the problem displaying the VoIP Calls Graph is not crashing anymore
Wireshark / Cairo with this modified patch is fixed
