Doh! What a PEBKAC. My apology.

The Windows Wireshark has that setting off, while Linux has it on.

Just one thing though, while I was learning how to use the TCP reassemble
feature in Lua, I have read through the wiki, examples, tutorial, the Lua
Wireshark API reference and I don't remember this settings mentioned anywhere.
Perhaps it can be included somewhere in the documentation (and my apology again
if it is already mentioned somewhere which I didn't read).
