As per the Release 12 3GPP TS 29.173 V12.1.0 (2013-12), 6.4.3    Serving-Node &
6.4.8    Additional-Serving-Node has new AVP's. Worth fixing them as well..

The Serving-Node AVP is of type Grouped. This AVP shall contain the information
about the network node serving the targeted user.

location of the serving node).
