All the packets in that capture have MCS information, and none of them have VHT
information, so either:
1) they are *NOT* 11ac packets - if they came from an iPhone 5s, they are
most definitely *NOT* 11ac packets unless Apple are giving incomplete
information when they say, on their iPhone 5s tech specs page:
http://www.apple.com/iphone-5s/specs/
that it supports "802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi (802.11n 2.4GHz and 5GHz)" without
mentioning 802.11ac
or
2) the driver in your OS is not adding VHT information to 11ac packets.
In either case, it's Not Our Bug - it's either not a bug at all or it's the OS
vendor's bug.
