Changing the GSM_MAP preference is also enough: Edit -> Preferences ->
Protocols -> GSM_MAP -> Application context version -> treat as AC3.
I'm not sure we want to change the current logic for managing the older version
of specs (I will let Anders comment) as your proposal changes the filter names
for v1/v2 messages for example.
If version 3 is widely used and v1/v2 are obsolete, maybe we should change the
default value to 3 when preference is set to "Use Application Context from the
trace" and no Application Context Version is present in TCAP.
