I don't have any objections. I have also added CAT009 which is for special use.
Dissector is opensource so you can add anything. Final goal is to cover all
categories. I can not add them all because I don't have time to do it and I
don't have sample traffic to test them.
So you are welcome to do it.
If you take a look at other categories you will see that dissector works also
if you add definitions only partially. I think I001/050, I001/060, I002/050,
I002/060 are such examples. That way you can debug early with only few fields
implemented and you can add them later when needed or when you have time. There
are also fields which are not defined in the user application profile. So you
don't need to define them.
