This will not work in CMS when the eContent dissector also uses
actx->external.direct_reference, which is the case for signed STANAG 4406.

I'm unable to upload my captures to prove this, but direct_reference will
become NULL when dissecting s4406 as eContent, and this will crash in strcmp()
in cms_verify_msg_digest().

I will propose adding a new actx->external.algorithm_id for this usage.
