Comment # 21 on bug 9607 from Evan Huus

My concern about duplication was that we would need file-format knowledge in
the tap library (for splitting records) *and* in the dissector (for
dissection). This is why I'm still in favour of no tap library and
one-big-record.

I've also been poking at proto_tree_add_record without success; the current
framework doesn't really work that way at all :/
