Hi,

I uninstalled Symantec Software (i do not have Endpoint Encryption but Endpoint
Protection).
Problem remains. 
I am now using the default Windows Defender software.

Tried to make a dump but it is 159 MB big so i cannot attach it, please let me
know if you want to continue and where i can upload the file.
