I tried the solution proposed in the thread you mentioned:
- In the registry, change
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NPF\Start to 0x3
(SERVICE_DEMAND_START)
- Run the program As Administrator
And now it works, i can make captures, close the program and open it again.
If i don't right-click the Wireshark icon to run As Administrator after the
registry change, i get the same problem as before.
