I often use the restart functionality too, but this time it was not intended
and led to data loss.
I propose to:
(1) always prompt when changes are made (star is visible in title, e.g. when a
packet comment is added).
(2) prompt before restarting when an unsaved capture is available. Similar to
the dialog from quitting wireshark.
Option (2) should be controllable by a preference.
Prompting before stop does not seem to useful, it does not lead to data loss
(besides new, uncaptured packets). Let's wait for a feature request before
adding another preference for this ;)
When looking at the implementation, it seems that capture_restart_cb() must be
modified. test_file_close could be reused, but needs changes.
