Clearing "Use promiscuous mode on all interfaces" flag in "Capture options"
dialog or clearing "Capture packets in promiscuous mode" flag in "Edit
interface settings" dialog and consequently closing it immediately causes
Wireshark GUI to unexpectedly and quietly terminate.
