I.e., either there's some sort of file system namespace virtualization (chroot,
or whatever) going on, or whatever program printed
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /install/bin/dumpcap cpio:
cap_set_file failed - Operation not supported
wasn't printing the full pathname of the file in question, or the error message
wasn't copied and pasted correctly?
So if it truly was installing in ~vishnu.bhatt/install/bin, rather than in
/install/bin, what does "df ~vishnu.bhatt/install/bin" print?
