Hi,

I removed the line on purpose.

According to ISO/IEC 10747 (1993) 6.4 the IDRP ERROR PDU features the fixed
BISPDU header, one  octet "Error code", one octet "Error subcode" as well as a
variable ammount of data. 

The length of the data in the ERROR PDU depends on the length value in the
fixed BISPDU header (I use the remaining number of bytes in the tvb for this as
a shortcut).
