        I fixed a similar type of bug for FC/FCP dissectors (r53620) where SCSI ran on
top.  Tracking for them was based on LUN, which appears to always be 0 in the
packets I inspected in this trace, so perhaps something else should be used. 
Can SCSI really track it's own request/response or is it really determined by
lower layers? (iSCSI in this case)
