Hello All!
This patch adds basic timeout detection into RTPproxy dissector. Sometimes
something goes wrong and server side didn't reply back in a timely manner. For
example this renders OpenSIPS (a RTPproxy client) unresponsive:

This patch helps to investigate this sad, annoying issue.
