There are no records of the event group "data" in the attached file, so the
current code just keeps reading.
There are a bunch of records where, if the only Tektronix documentation I could
find applies to this file, the event group value is 0x000d; however, that event
group value is not documented in that file.
Without either
1) a manual that documents those additional record type values (so that we
know how to process them)
or
2) a text file containing the output of decoding of that file as done by
the analyzer or some piece of Tektronix software (so that we can attempt to
reverse-engineer those records)
we will be unable to make any further progress on this, so that there will be
no way to dissect this file with Wireshark or any tool from the Wireshark
developers.
