The libwireshark.dll of version 1.11.1 is missing several export symbols that
were present in the version 1.10.1 library. This causes the loading of some
plug-ins to fail.

Some of these seem quite fundamental: nstime_delta, nstime_to_msec,
ep_tvb_memdup, tvb_get_ephemeral_string, etc.

Attached is a list of exports missing in v1.11.1 based on a quick diff of the
exported symbols compared to v1.10.1.

Funny thing is the functions I looked at (nstime_*) is still declared as
WS_DLL_PUBLIC in the source file (nsfile.h)
