Martin, thanks for the review, modifications and check-in.
In the original version, I was passing the offset to the functions. However, I
removed it based on your earlier comments. Perhaps I misunderstood you.
Anyway, as mentioned in one of my comments at the beginning of the dissector,
it seems unlikely that a single frame will have more than one operation. I have
not been able to reproduce more than one request being packet into one Ethernet
frame. However, it is possible for one large request to be segmented across
more than one frame. I am not sure if this could lead to the condition
mentioned.
I will try to check it out as time permits.
