The only error message for Observer files that contains "version" in the
current trunk version of Wireshark is "Observer: unsupported packet version
XXX", but "XXX" won't be "15.0", as that message prints an integer, with no
decimal point.

What was the *EXACT* error message, where "EXACT" means "copy and paste it,
without any attempt to interpret it", not "say something that somewhat sounds
like it"?
