This patch changes the following:
- The behaviour change of proto_tree_add_string as introduced in #9323 has been
adapted for the openSAFETY dissector
- Display of additional parameter set and download type
- Full dissection for "Assign additional parameter"
Backport is not necessary, too many things would change. People will just use
the dev version for now.
