If I right-click on the packet and choose "Packet Comment", it seems to work
correctly.  And those comments show up in the Expert Infos window.

But if I use the icon in the bottom left next to the Expert Infos button, then
any comment made there applies to all packets in the capture.  Also, those do
not show up in the Expert Infos window.

Oh (expletive), that button in the corner is the comment for the file comment,
not individual packet comments.  Anybody know how I can A. delete the entry,
and B. remove the egg from my face?
