Since the Infolevel in the original complaint (2) is from a fairly old, pre-NT
dialect, it seems more likely to me that it's a special case and not obeying
the "rules" than the behavior in the patch is correct.  



But there may be deeper logic I'm missing.



It's been a while since I was active with WS, not sure if re-opening this bug
is the right step or if I should have opened a new bug and referenced this. 
But since this is a regression, seemed appropriate to re-open this.
