Built using gcc 4.8.1 20130603 (Red Hat 4.8.1-1).

oid_resolv_cleanup() is defined as a null macro in oids.h under a comment
indicating that it's legacy code.  The only place left that
oid_resolv_cleanup() was called from was epan.c so both can be trivially
eliminated.
