Running on 64-bit Windows 8, build 9200, without WinPcap. Intel(R) Core(TM)
i7-3740QM CPU @ 2.70GHz, with 16280MB of physical memory.

Follow TCP Stream on a partial file results in only part of the stream
appearing and attempting to save this causes a series of filename requests
saving multiple files.  More information available at:
