This is already available in the 1.11.0 nightly builds: use the "File -> Export
PDUs to file" functionality.
Note that the exported pcapng file needs to be opened in a 1.11.0 nightly also
as it uses a newly introduced linktype.
If this was the last missing thing, then we can close the bug :)
