What's the reason for moving all of the #defines and enums into a .h file? Are
there other dissectors that will take advantage of the values. Otherwise it's
best just to leave them in the .c.
Also saw a bunch of "renaming" (adding "spice" prefix to #defines, enums).
Again, what is the justification?
A sample capture for fuzz/regression testing would also be appreciated.
