Packet2 -SLI message

Build Information:

--
Document "CM-SP-DEPI-I08-100611.pdf", which is available from
http://www.cablelabs.com/specifications/CM-SP-DEPI-I08-100611.pdf

defines the majority of the AVPs, which now show up in Wireshark as
"Vendor-Specifi AVP" and are not decoded. It would be beneficial is Wireshark
could decode these messages.

In the atttachment, see packet 2 - the last AVP has several Type messages, i.e.
Type 5, Type 101, Type 103 and Type 105 - Wireshark only lists the "Type 5"
message and could, if implementing the decode in the reference specification,
list what each field corresponds to.

Thanks much for your consideration!
