According to http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/rfc2616.html#rfc.section.4.4 you
must not include a Content-Length header if you are using chunked encoding.

It also says that a receiver should ignore the content-length field if chunked
encoding is used, so that part is a wireshark bug (though not a serious one).
