Please tell me that follow_tcp.c doesn't duplicate the HTTP processing code
that the HTTP dissector has.

And, if you can't, please tell me that there should be a mechanism by which the
"Follow XXX Stream" mechanisms can hook into dissectors for the protocols
running atop XXX, so that the mechanism doesn't have to duplicate that code.
