I recently upgraded our copy of Bootstrap to a less bleeding-edge version (RC
1). Menus now work on an iPad here. If they're still broken for you please
reopen this bug.
(Note that www.wireshark.org doesn't have separate "desktop" and "mobile"
sites. The layout collapses to a single column depending on your browser's
width.)
