If I open up Wireshark.icns with Preview on 10.5, I get:

and only the last 2 icons in the file seem OK - it shows one "icon" as a
question mark with a little "4" in the upper left corner, with the only
information in the Inspector being that it's 72x72, and the next one similarly
but without the "4".  Only the last 2 show as a blue fin with full information
in the Inspector.
