PortAudio V19-devel (built May  4 2013 13:59:07), with AirPcap.

Running on Linux 3.9.9-301.fc19.x86_64, with locale en_US.utf8, with libpcap
version 1.4.0, with libz 1.2.7, GnuTLS 3.1.11, Gcrypt 1.5.2, without AirPcap.
Genuine Intel(R) CPU           U2300  @ 1.20GHz

Built using gcc 4.8.1 20130603 (Red Hat 4.8.1-1).

Steps to reproduce:

1: Use a 1366x768 or lower resolution display

2: Open wireshark gui

3: Click on "Capture Options" in first column

Observed results:

1: Bottom of window is cut off and unable to see or access those options with
mouse.

2: Window cannot be resized smaller than about 761x756 px width*height (not
including titlebar).

3: Workarounds involve using the keyboard and comparing with a screenshot, or
enabling desktop panning.

Expected results:

Capture Options window should be able to be resized even smaller and show
scrollbars and/or redesigned to accommodate lower resolution displays.
