Three profiles that demonstrate the crashes

Copy the file to ...\Wireshark\profiles and unzip it. Start Wireshark but there
is no need to open a capture file. Select "TEST-A  v1.11.0", then
"TEST-B  v1.4.6" and finally "TEST-C  v1.5.1".  It should crash when the latter
is selected.  

Perform the same steps after the patch is installed and it should no longer
crash.
