Earlier versions of wireshark were able to decode SIP INFO messages according
to 3GPP2 A.S0014. I think it worked in 1.4. The recent versions seem to have
lost that ability. An example packet is below. Previously Wireshark would
have indicated that this was a FlashWithInformation message and would have
decoded the last part (15=... 34=...) to something more meaningful to humans.
Is this a feature Wireshark has lost, or is there a way to display it now?
