Simple bittorrent over bt-udt dissection

Here's a "simple" version of Bittorrent over bt-utp.  I used the trace from bug
8154 and it seems to confirm the submitters assertion that proper dissection of
Bittorrent requires bt-udt to be implemented like TCP.  But its a start.  If
people think it's useful enough to commit, I can do so, but I personally don't
feel its worth it (without the stream transport layer functionality).
