Patch fixing l2 ext com decoding and using items

Hi,

This patch do include correction for better accuracy to RFC 4761 and
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-l2vpn-vpls-multihoming-05#section-3.3.1

It also add new items for better filtering capabilities.

(PS: some delay to deliver this patch as I moved away from SVN to GIT in order
to have a more flexible dev folder and deliver patch per BUG/new feature).
