As per my previous comment, large memory usage isn't specifically a bug unless
we're using more than we actually need to do reassembly etc, and whatever bug
originally triggered this report probably doesn't exist anymore. As such, I'm
closing this. Please feel free to reopen, especially if you (Scott) find a
capture you can attach that shows the problem.
