Hi,

Looking into the packet-bgp dissector code, I do confirm the two issues :

1) VALS associated to the L2 extended community is wrong : 12 has been
associated for VPLS encaps instead of 19,

2) With regards to flags, code is also wrong as mentioned by Alexander. I would
be in favour of creating items for each flags and decode it as a bitmask with
"set", "not set". I would also recommend adding a subtree to introduce each
flags and append just the letter of which flags are set on the community item.

Does it sound acceptable ?
