I don't think so, not directly.
There's "you can't select multiple frames". *By itself*, that's not
"interesting"; it's only interesting for operations that, currently, act on the
selected frame.
There's "Export Specified Packets", which would have one more useful capability
if multiple packets could be selected. That was the reason why this bug was
filed.
There's "Mark/Unmark Packet", which, if you could select multiple packets,
would let you mark multiple packets in one keystroke (once you've selected the
packets). That might be a better fix for bug 3059.
And there's Edit -> Copy, which, if it meant "copy the summary lines of the
selected packets" and/or "copy the summary lines and dissection details of the
selected packets", might let you more easily take dissection information from
Wireshark and put it into mail messages etc. (no screenshots or, worse,
PowerPoint slide shows containing nothing but screenshots - yes, somebody did
that once). That would be more useful if multiple frames could be selected.
