PCAPng Error Message while loading file

Version 1.11.0-SVN-49866 (SVN Rev 49866 from /trunk)

Wireshark displays error messages when having trouble reading a pcapng file
(and probably any other format, but I didn't check) - I attached a screenshot
of such a case.
It would be helpful if it would be possible to give a more specific location,
e.g. in case of packet blocks the frame number where it happened, or the type
of header block that was read (NRB, SRB, ISB...). That way it would be much
easier to fix the file format, otherwise there is a lot of trial and error
involved to find the problem.
