Hi,

I would like to post this new version of the BGP flow spec dissector.

With a great help of Alexis that I would like to thank again for his time, we
end up in having a version which answer the need to decode BGP flow spec
updates and comply with the wireshark coding rules and best practices.

As always, there is still some room for optimisation but this version is
already quiet stable and answer most of BGP flow spec lovers :-) !

Could you please let me know if you have any remarks on this version ?
