This behavior appears to exist still in version 1.8.7 (SVN Rev 49382 from
trunk-1.8).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load a capture file into Wireshark.
2. In the details pane right click [Coloring Rule Name:xxxx] and select Apply
as column.
3. Note that coloring rules appear in most rows (but possibly not all).
4. Click the Refresh button.
5. Note that the coloring rule name vanishes in all rows.

I have also seen that when rule names are present, some of the rule names may
not be equal to the coloring rule name under the frame protocol details.
