Ok, I see what you are saying about expert info handling.  It appears to have
the range type which is what I needed originally to handle NAK's since a NAK
comes in two flavors, a singleton and a range.  So I got rid of my two separate
NAK seqno's and represent the singleton NAK as a degenerate range.

What do you think now?

I also uploaded a new tcpdump capture that has some NAK's.
