I made a mistake because I didn't check the protocol with fuzz-test and randpkt
this time. I did it the first time when I submitted the previous version. If I
did that I would have found the errors before submitting.

In the sample data there are also some packets not belonging to the ASTERIX. I
see you found the error with the help of one of these packets (#818). I didn't
decode these packets as asterix that is why I didn't catch it.
