I agree with your idea of preserving the last selected tab.
However, I want to push back a little bit on the notion that the "Decrypted
SSL" tab is not special...
Look at it from the point of view of the user who has captured SSL traffic and
then gone through the effort to set up Wireshark to decrypt that SSL traffic.
After doing all that work, the "Decrypted SSL" tab is definitely special -- if
not, then why did I bother doing all that setup? If I wanted to look at raw
encrypted bits, I wouldn't bother setting up the key, would I?
