The Wireshark dissector is failing assertions.  That means there's certainly a
problem with the dissector (which should be fixed).  It is fairly likely,
though, that there is also something weird (or at least unexpected by the
dissector) in the HSRP traffic.

Can you attach the capture (you can mark it as private so only Wireshark's core
developers can see it)?  That way someone can at least fix the assertion
errors; they may also be able to tell you if it's just a Wireshark bug or also
a problem with the protocol messages.
