The SSL dissector supposedly supports port 0 as a wildcard (universal) port.
This is from the SSL debug log:
dissect_ssl can't find private key for this server! Try it again with universal
port 0
However, when adding a key to the RSA Keys List, port '0' is not accepted:
"error in column 'Port': Invalid port given." Empirically, you have to enter
something between 1-65535.
