After installing the latest stable version 1.8.6, when I tried to get the list
of interfaces by the command wireshark.exe -D from the command prompt, it works
fine but when I redirect it to a txt file, it doesn't redirects anything. It
just creates an empty text file. The text file does not contain the list of
interfaces.

Following is the command I am running:

wireshark.exe -D > output.txt

After this command output.txt contains nothing.
