On the contrary a text file is just... a text file. There no PDU to dissect to
have an easily understandable text based output like for protocols. And my
favorite text editor is already able to find a wrong line ending, filter the
file output on a given pattern, ...  I would never consider Wireshark as a
suitable tool to replace it.
Of course the use case of a text based protocol that can be encapsulated in
another protocol would be acceptable.
